Social Media Marketing Specialist

  • Plan, create, publish and share new content on all social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LINE, etc.) to build meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages members to engage with the brand

  • Manage a high volume of daily social media posts and communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with product development, sales, marketing, graphic designer, and call center teams

  • Capture and analyze appropriate social data/metrics to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance. Optimize all social media platforms to increase visibility of social media content and customer engagement

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies


  • Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist

  • Excellent consulting, writing, presentation, and communication skills

  • Positive attitude, detailed and customer-oriented with good multi-tasking and organizational ability

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LINE, and other social media best practices and optimization

  • Experience in using various social analytics tools

  • Fluency in English

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
