Terms and Conditions for Tao Bin Membership
Please read in detail and understand the terms and conditions related to "Tao Bin Rewards Benefits" in order to access and receive special offers from these benefits.

1.  Tao Bin Membership

Tao Bin membership is divided into two types, each with different benefits:

a. Registered Members: Refers to individuals who register through the Line Application: @taobin, using their name, phone number, and date of birth for membership registration.

b. Non-Registered Members: Refers to customers who order beverages and enter their phone number to record points via the Tao Bin kiosk but do not register through the Line Application: @taobin.

Each member is entitled to only one account, and it is strictly prohibited to sell, transfer, or share the account with others. Violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of membership, rendering the individual ineligible to participate in the Tao Bin Rewards Benefits program.

 

Membership accounts without point accumulation for a continuous period of over one year will be withdrawn from the program. If you wish to accumulate points, you must re-register as a new member.

2. Earning Points

When ordering beverages through the Tao Bin kiosk, the system will prompt you to enter your phone number to become a Tao Bin member, and the system will record points referred to as "shells" (กระดอง). The conditions for earning points are as follows:

1. Registered Members: For every 15 Baht spent on beverages, 1 shell will be earned.

2. Non-Registered Members: For every 20 Baht spent on beverages, 1 shell will be earned.

 

3. Tao Bin Member Level

• If you accumulate points through a non-registered phone number, you will be a member at the "Shy Turtle" level.

• Upon registration, you will progress to the "Walking Turtle" level.

• When you accumulate 150 shells within one year from the registration date, you will advance to the "Flying Turtle" level.

• If you accumulate 350 shells within one year from the registration date, you will advance to the highest level, "Master Turtle."

4. Maintaining Member Levels

1. Walking Turtle: If you accumulate fewer than 150 shells within one year, you will not be demoted but will have the remaining shells adjusted to 0.

2. Flying Turtle: To maintain this level, you must accumulate 150 shells within one year. If the remaining shells are less than 150, you will be demoted to the "Walking Turtle" level, with the remaining shells adjusted to 0.

3. Master Turtle: To maintain this level, you must accumulate 350 shells within one year. If the remaining shells are less than 150, you will be demoted to the "Flying Turtle" level, with the remaining shells adjusted to 0.

 

​5. Tao Bin Rewards Benefits

The benefits vary based on the membership level:

1. Walking Turtle:

   • Receive a 50% discount coupon for one drink during your birthday month.

2. Flying Turtle:

   • Free drink on level upgrade.

   • Free drink during your birthday month.

3. Master Turtle:

   • Free drink on level upgrade.

   • Free drink during your birthday month.

   • Receive a New Year's gift from Tao Bin.

Additional Benefits for All Membership Levels:

• Use 15 shells to get a 15 Baht discount on a drink.

• Use 28 shells to purchase any menu item for 5 Baht (excluding extra shots or toppings).

• Special rewards during promotions, separate from point accumulation or New Year gifts.

Note: Accumulated shells cannot be exchanged for cash, and Tao Bin reserves the right to change point accumulation conditions and benefits without prior notice.

   • If you find a discrepancy between your app and the Tao Bin kiosk shell balances, contact us at 02-114-7134 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or via Line app: @taobin (24/7).

8. Can I check my accumulated shells and membership level?

   • You can check through the Line app: @taobin and log in to your account to view accumulated shells, benefits, and the required number of shells for level progression.

9. How can I redeem special rewards?

   • Register for special rewards through the website www.tao-bin.com or other channels specified by Tao Bin.

10. Is there a membership fee?

    • No, there is no membership fee.

11. How long does it take to see the update shell?

    • Shells earned from beverage purchases are updated and reflected in your account within 30 minutes.
